If you had a choice which one would you choose – Bitterness or Freedom?
Did you know that the cashew nut is poisonous in its raw form and if eaten this way it is dire to your being! Once all the poisonous toxins have been leached out of the nut it will then become edible and one of the nicest nuts to eat and cook with… so as the poisons are leached from the nut so must we leach bitterness from our life!
B = Bites… Bitterness bites your very being, from the inside out, nibbling at first but before long it will eat your whole
I – Invades… Bitterness invades you like poison and before you know it your thoughts, words, emotions and actions are toxic not only to yourself but those around you
T = Tragic… Bitterness is tragic as the unique amazing person you once were becomes lost… hidden and changed
T = Traumatic… Bitterness is traumatic as it sweeps through, slowly numbing your true purpose, until it controls your destiny
E – Eaten… Bitterness if eaten is toxic to your thinking, emotions, health and relationships
R = Ruinous… Bitterness is a ruinous companion as it can only ever be a negative and destructive union
N = Nucleus… Bitterness becomes a nucleus from which each day begins, plays out and ends
E = Ensnaring… Bitterness ensnares your being with it’s toxicity – creeping up on you, just like that poison
S = Sour… Bitterness does not sweeten but sours your character and ultimately any relationships that are and will be
S = Self Destroying... Bitterness is SELF DESTROYING

Freedom – the Key of Life?
